B.R.A.V.E. Space Workshops

The “Creating a B.R.A.V.E. Space for Conversations About Race” workshop is designed to equip you with essential skills for discussing race and racism effectively and inclusively.

Become a B.R.A.V.E. leader

  • Build the intention and create safe spaces for conversations about race.
  • Respect the sensitivity of the conversations and acknowledge that we are all learning together.
  • Acknowledge the uncomfortable realities of systemic racism.
  • Validate each person's unique perspective and experience.
  • Engage in ongoing dialogue to learn, listen, and lead conversations to establish an anti-racist culture.

What to Expect

Join us for this valuable workshop and commit to growing as a leader in conversations about race.

  • Empowerment through Practical Tools
    Gain the confidence to navigate and lead conversations about race and racism. Our workshop will provide practical strategies and tools to approach these important discussions with clarity and assurance.
